Support AB 1524 Today!
Starting July 1, 2024, legislation I introduced (AB 1013) will require drink testing kits to be made available to customers at bars and night clubs across California.
While a good start, there is more work to do–which is why I introduced AB 1524 which would expand availability of drink testing kits to college campuses across our Community College and CSU system. It would also encourage the UC system to do the same.
The bill is currently in the State Senate. With your help, I can get it passed!
